Welcome to Meowify.pk. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

Meowify.pk is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan, specializing in custom engraved cat ID tags and collars. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases and agree to comply with these terms.

2. Custom Orders

All our tags are made-to-order based on the shape and engraving details you provide at checkout. Since each item is personalized:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate spelling, names, phone numbers, and any other engraving details at the time of order
  • Meowify.pk is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • We recommend double-checking all engraving details before submitting your order

3. Order Process

  1. Select your preferred tag shape (Cat Face, Paw, Crown, or Fish)
  2. Provide the required engraving details for the front and back of the tag
  3. Complete payment for your order
  4. Production begins once payment is confirmed
  5. Your order is shipped once production is complete

4. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

5. Production Time

Since every tag is custom-engraved, please allow our standard production time (as stated on our website or communicated at the time of order) before your order is shipped. Production timelines may vary during high-demand periods such as sales or holidays.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after payment is confirmed, order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated if requested before production has started. Once engraving has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, as it is a personalized item made specifically for you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Meowify.pk and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meowify.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of a pet. Our tags are intended as an aid to reunite lost pets with their owners and do not guarantee recovery.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
